Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ, an expanding skincare bar, seeks an organized Office Manager to keep the office and people running smoothly. You’ll juggle packing orders, scheduling executives, and keeping the day-to-day operations aligned with growth goals.

The role requires 2+ years in office management, excellent organization, and strong communication with executives. On-site Eden Prairie location, full-time, starting at $25/hr plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in office management, operations, or administrative support.
• Strong organization and the ability to juggle many priorities without dropping details.
• Clear, friendly communication with executives, vendors, and customers.
• Comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and calendar tools.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for fulfillment tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, returns, and inventory management.
• Manage executive calendars and provide calendar support.
• Oversee office operations and supplies within budget.
• Coordinate facilities maintenance and vendor relationships.
• Support ad hoc projects and process improvements.
