Strong project coordination, organization, and communication skills

Your title today might be Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Business Operations Professional, or Project Manager.
We care more about what you’ve accomplished than what your title says.
This is an opportunity to become a true force multiplier for leadership.
You won’t simply manage tasks. You’ll help improve how work gets done.
You'll have exposure to executive leadership while contributing to projects involving organizational improvement, technology, operations, documentation, and process modernization. The environment is collaborative and relationship-driven, with an emphasis on flexibility, professionalism, and quality of life.
Union Square, San Francisco
This position is onsite, particularly during onboarding, with the corporate team generally working from the office. The location is accessible by BART. Flexible start/end times are available, and routine overtime is not expected.

If you’re looking for an Executive Assistant position where you simply receive tasks and execute them, this probably isn’t the right opportunity.
But if you’re someone who asks:
“What are we trying to accomplish?”
“How can I make this easier?”
“Is there a better process?”
“What needs to happen next?”
…we’d love to hear from you.
