Job summary

The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD is seeking an experienced Executive Office Administrator to provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the CEO and Executive Office in a fast-paced public-sector healthcare environment.

Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating executive operations, preparing briefing materials, and drafting confidential communications while serving as a liaison with Board members, agencies, and partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5–7 years of executive support experience.
  • Experience supporting a CEO or board preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the CEO and Executive Office.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements to align with priorities.
  • Coordinate executive office operations, meetings, materials, and follow-up.
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, presentations, and background documentation.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread executive correspondence and reports.
  • Serve as liaison between the Executive Office and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Develop tracking tools, dashboards, and summaries for executive decision making.
  • Maintain organized systems for confidential files and records.
