Ascension Health in Milwaukee seeks a senior nursing leader to oversee the overall management of nursing practice, education and development, research, and administration. You will guide strategic initiatives, drive policy development, and ensure high-quality patient care across nursing services.

The role requires a Master’s degree, Wisconsin RN licensure (or multi-state), and leadership experience. AACN/ANCC credentials are preferred to support executive nursing leadership.

Competenze

• Master's degree required.
• Registered Nurse credential from Wisconsin Board of Nursing or multi-state license.
• Nurse Executive credentials (AACN/ANCC) preferred.
