Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Nursing Home Administrator in Kansas to plan, coordinate, and manage overall nursing home operations in line with federal, state, and local standards. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a culture of person-centered care and drive financial performance and occupancy.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field, a Kansas Adult Care Administrator license, a valid Kansas driver's license, and 5+ years of supervision in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a service-related field.
• Kansas Adult Care Administrator license required.
• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in long-term care.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, OSHA, and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage overall nursing home operations.
• Lead QA/QI committee and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop marketing and occupancy plans to sustain financial health.
• Recruit, train and develop an effective management team.
• Ensure resident rights and quality care across all departments.
• Coordinate safety, emergency preparedness, and staff safety practices.
