Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• Master’s degree or active progression toward a Master’s Degree required.
• Minimum five years of clinical nursing experience; three years in nursing management preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in a specified field (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs all nursing service activities for the facility and advise on staffing.
• Maintain a system to determine and provide adequate staff for nursing care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing services in compliance with PAM Health standards.
