Qualifications

• Requires current RN licensure in the state of the hospital.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years medical-surgical nursing experience; LTAC or rehab nursing/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate patient care on nursing units.
• Perform staffing planning and problem solving; provide feedback on performance and behavior.
• Interpret, implement and enforce hospital policy; assume nursing administrative decisions in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
