Job summary

Northwest Missouri Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center seeks a senior nursing leader to coordinate major plans and staffing, directing the comprehensive nursing program across a large facility. The role drives strategy for patient care, culture and operations, ensuring adherence to policies and accreditation standards.

The ideal candidate has Missouri RN licensure and 3+ years in high-level nursing management, preferably in psychiatry, with strong skills in staffing, budgeting and performance

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include Missouri RN licensure and 3+ years of high level nursing management, preferably psychiatric.
• Proven ability to collaborate with hospital leadership to secure accreditation and implement CMS/DHSS certifications.
• Experience with performance improvement methods and budget management for nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage establishment of major plans and staffing to support conformance with objectives and policies.
• Direct the total nursing program for a large hospital or institution (Director/Chief Nursing Officer level).
• Develop vision and strategic direction; design action plans for patient care, culture and nursing operations.
• Lead recruitment, retention and staffing initiatives for professional and ancillary nurses.
