RWJBarnabas Health's Administrative Director of Patient Care leads the Psych Service-Admin Ambulatory programs across inpatient and outpatient services, driving quality, safety, and compassionate care at Trinitas Regional Medical Center.

The role requires active NJ RN licensure, with a Master's preferred and a strong background in Behavioral Health leadership. Day shift, salaried, 37.5 hours weekly, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active NJ RN license in good standing with NJ endorsement or multi-state license.
• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's in Nursing required.
• Progressive nursing leadership experience in Behavioral Health.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (EPIC) and safety/quality oversight.

Responsabilités

• Provide 24-hour accountability for clinical patient care delivery and administration.
• Lead QA and PI initiatives with performance indicators and reporting.
• Develop and manage unit budgets and staffing plans.
• Ensure compliance with ANA standards, JCAHO, and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead policy development, orientation, and staff education programs.
