Job summary

Qualifications

MD/DO or non-US equivalent with relevant therapeutic specialty and residency preferred.
5–7 years of clinical trial experience in pharma, academia, or equivalent.
Proven leadership and ability to lead cross-functional teams globally.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical development planning.

Responsibilities

Lead design, analysis, and reporting of clinical development programs in neuroscience.
Oversee study teams, ensure study integrity, and manage timelines and safety reporting.
Provide clinical strategy input for regulatory submissions and responses.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including CSTs and ADTs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trial methodologies and regulatory standards.
Represent AbbVie in external meetings and alliances as required.
