Qualifications

• MD/DO or non-US equivalent with relevant specialty.
• 5+ years of clinical trial experience; 7 years preferred.
• Ability to run a complex clinical research program independently.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Leads design, analysis, and reporting of clinical development programs.
• Oversees study teams, enrollment, timelines, and safety data.
• Develops and communicates Clinical Development Plans and regulatory submissions.
• Chairs Clinical Strategy Teams and collaborates with Asset Development Teams.
• Represents clinical development to external stakeholders and DRA discussions.
• Stays current with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practices.
