Job summary

Qualifications

• MD/DO or non-US equivalent with therapeutic specialty; residency preferred.
• 5+ years (7 years preferred) of clinical trial experience in pharma, academia, or equivalent.
• Ability to run a complex clinical research program independently.
• Proven leadership and ability to lead cross-functional global teams.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders to support global strategy.

Responsibilities

• Leads design and implementation of multiple clinical development programs.
• Oversees study teams, safety/efficacy data review, and timelines.
• Owns reporting of scientific content for protocols and regulatory submissions.
• May oversee Medical/Scientific Directors and Clinical Scientists.
• Chair CSTs and advise Asset Development Teams as needed.
• Acts as in-house clinical expert coordinating activities with stakeholders.
