Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY seeks a strategic Unified Administrator for the Saul R. Korey Department of Neurology to lead faculty practice, clinical operations, and the academic enterprise across multi-site settings.

Reporting to the Vice President of the Faculty Practice Group and partnering with the Chair of Neurology, this executive will oversee finance, administration, growth initiatives, and research partnerships to advance patient care, education, and discovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible healthcare administration experience.
• Experience in academic medical centers, faculty practice organizations, or integrated health systems preferred.
• Neurology experience preferred; other complex academic specialties considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business planning and growth for the department.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership across clinical, faculty practice, and inpatient operations.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and performance management.
• Foster leadership development and staff advancement.
• Collaborate with academic and research partners to support clinical and educational missions.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with chairs, physicians, and executive leadership.
