Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Mortgage Sales professional to originate loans, focusing on purchase money, and guide members through the process. You will build and maintain a robust referral network, ensuring timely processing and compliance.

Responsibilities include prequalifying applicants, counseling on options and terms, and collaborating with credit unions to meet volume targets in the Metro Detroit area.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of mortgage sales experience in the real estate community.
• NMLS license required and must be maintained.
• Knowledge of conventional loans.
• Knowledge of secondary market practices.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be based out of Metro Detroit.
