Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Executive Meeting Manager/Sales Associate to join our Chicago team. You will drive group sales, manage client relationships, and coordinate meetings with hotel operations to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of hotel or conference catering/sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn the hotel brand and strategy; drive loyalty and revenue growth.
• Solicit new accounts via telemarketing, appointments, site tours, and inquiries.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate services to meet revenue goals.
• Prepare and distribute BEOs and group resumes with detail.
