The Westin Edina Galleria in Edina, MN is seeking an Executive Meetings Manager to drive group and catering revenue across multiple channels and to ensure flawless execution of contracts.

You will work directly with guests to manage social blocks and events, coordinate logistics from F&B to AV, and lead negotiations with clients to meet or exceed annual revenue goals. This role requires luxury-hospitality experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury or upper upscale hospitality sales role.
• Proficient in sales automation and PMS systems.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive group and catering revenue across lead channels.
• Prepare collateral materials like proposals and menus.
• Manage site visits and client negotiations to meet revenue goals.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings including F&B, AV, room blocks.
• Create group resumes and track deadlines with departments.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads.
