Hotel Alpenrock, part of Sage Hospitality Group, is seeking an Executive Meeting Planner in Breckenridge, CO. You will partner with clients from contract to farewell, coordinating guest rooms, menus, AV, and VIP touches to craft polished, personalized meetings that reflect Breckenridge’s mountain luxury.

You’ll balance big-picture planning with meticulous detail, driving revenue while delivering exceptional guest experiences and seamless event execution for our diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of banquet/catering services and hotel operations.
• Excellent communication and supervisory abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage meetings/conventions from contract to post-event wrap-up.
• Lead hotel staff and coordinate event delivery with departments.
• Maintain documentation and client communications for flawless service.
• Balance service quality with revenue goals and cost control.
• Prepare resumes and paperwork to ensure smooth event execution.
• Close out groups in sales system and coordinate with accounting.
