Job description

Description

As the Executive Meeting Manager, you will:

  1. Always provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients.
  2. Respond in a quick, timely, and professional manner to all internal partners and external customers, delivering clear and concise communication that reflects Concord Hospitality via all channels.
  3. Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation, proactive planning, and organizational savvy with a keen focus on detail.
  4. Satisfactorily maintain existing accounts/segments and diligently develop new business for the hotel.
  5. Monitor and manage all aspects of pre-event, event, and post-event details, including room blocks, meeting space, concessions, reports, key dates, contracts, group resumes, event orders, billing, and other related aspects.
  6. Attend customer functions as needed.
  7. Work with internal and external partners to accurately forecast group room and F&B revenues, understanding strategies to maximize hotel revenue.
  8. Gain knowledge of hotel’s F&B offerings, pricing, presentation, and event space, including A/V and other event-related details.
  9. Attain sales activity and revenue goals through proactive and reactive calls, tours, and appointments, as outlined by Concord and your supervisor.
  10. Learn and utilize digital sales systems (e.g., Delphi, CI/TY, PMS) and understand hotel sales strategies to meet team and individual goals.
  11. Participate in internal meetings, reports, planning, training, and other job-related communications.
  12. Foster teamwork and embody an entrepreneurial spirit to make optimal decisions for the hotel and achieve team goals.

  14. Carry out reasonable requests from management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
