Responsibilities
  1. Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients.
  2. Respond promptly and professionally to all communication, ensuring clarity and representation of Concord Hospitality.
  3. Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation, proactive planning, and organizational savvy with attention to detail.
  4. Maintain existing accounts/segments and develop new business for the hotel.
  5. Manage all aspects of events, including planning, coordination, and post-event activities, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
  6. Attend customer functions as needed.
  7. Forecast group rooms and F&B revenues, understanding strategies to maximize hotel revenues.
  8. Learn about hotel’s food and beverage offerings, event spaces, and related services.
  9. Achieve sales activity and revenue goals through proactive and reactive calls, tours, and appointments.
  10. Utilize digital sales systems and understand hotel sales strategies to meet individual and team goals.
  11. Participate in internal meetings, reporting, training, and planning activities.
  12. Promote teamwork, entrepreneurial spirit, and make informed decisions for the benefit of the hotel.
