This role oversees Executive Dining, Catering, Café, and Retail operations for a brand-new account in a newly developed workplace, shaping service standards and operational excellence for a luxury hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality or foodservice operations.
• Strong financial, operational and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to balance high-touch service with operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Executive Dining, Café Operations, Catering, and Retail Food Services.
• Develop and maintain luxury hospitality standards that create exceptional guest and client experiences.
• Partner with client stakeholders to deliver innovative hospitality solutions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on service excellence.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth and expense management.
• Ensure dining programs reflect quality, creativity, presentation and efficiency.
• Lead opening and ongoing success for the new account and facility.
• Foster an inclusive guest-focused environment across all service platforms.
• Drive innovation in food, beverage, service delivery and workplace hospitality.
