White Lodging in Indianapolis is seeking an Executive Lounge Attendant to ensure the successful setup, service, and clean-up of the Executive Lounge at JW Marriott Indianapolis, delivering exceptional hospitality to every guest.

You will oversee table and buffet setups, serve food and beverages, keep lounges stocked and visually appealing, anticipate guest needs with a friendly, professional demeanor, and perform opening/closing duties while upholding the brand’s high standards.

Qualifications

• An outgoing and social personality with a friendly presence.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude and a team-player mindset.
• A talent for problem-solving and the ability to adapt to any situation.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift at least 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup, service, and clean-up of the Executive Lounge.
• Set tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks in assigned areas correctly and accurately.
• Professionally serve food and beverages both tableside and from buffets.
• Monitor tables and buffets to ensure they remain clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality to exceed expectations, while always maintaining professionalism and friendliness.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Perform all cleaning, opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.
