Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking an experienced senior leasing leader in Seattle to drive regional strategy and portfolio performance. You will lead negotiations, structure deals, and guide cross-functional teams to optimize occupancy and rent commencement.

Required are 8+ years in leasing/CRE, strong market analysis and financial modeling, and excellent executive communication. Expect travel to support initiatives and a competitive salary with bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive leasing or CRE experience with leadership in complex transactions.
• Strong market analysis, financial modeling, and lease structuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies across assets and projects.
• Lead complex lease negotiations from engagement to execution.
• Build relationships with brokers, tenants, universities, and economic agencies.
• Provide executive leasing updates and market insights to leadership.
