Job summary

Peregrine is seeking a Leadership Sourcer to identify and engage exceptional executive and senior leadership talent. You will map markets, build ecosystems, and engage senior leaders across the company to shape leadership hiring strategy.

You will partner with recruiting leadership and hiring executives to translate leadership needs into clear search strategies, lead market research, and maintain strong candidate relationships while upholding confidentiality and a high bar for candidate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience sourcing senior or executive-level talent.
• Exceptional research and market-mapping capabilities, building leadership talent markets.
• Creative in sourcing; exploring new ways to engage leadership talent beyond traditional channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage exceptional executive and senior leadership talent across the company.
• Map markets, build target-company ecosystems, and engage senior leaders.
• Partner with recruiting leadership and hiring executives to translate leadership needs into search strategies.
• Lead research and market-mapping for each search, building a comprehensive leadership talent landscape.
• Build target-company ecosystems based on stage, scale, and growth trajectory.
• Map leadership teams to identify owners of relevant scope and near-senior leaders.
