Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services to provide 24-hour clinical and operational leadership across Operating Room, Pre-Op, PACU, and Cath/EP Lab services.

Lead a high-performing perioperative team, driving safety, quality, and physician collaboration in a dynamic acute-care environment. You will partner with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and hospital leadership to optimize surgical operations, staffing, budgeting, and strategic growth while fostering

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and eligible for Arizona licensure.
• BSN required; advanced degree preferred in Nursing or Healthcare Administration.
• Progressive perioperative/surgical leadership experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in acute care.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour leadership and operational oversight for Surgical and Procedural Services.
• Lead, mentor, and develop perioperative leadership and clinical staff.
• Oversee daily operations for safe, efficient, high-quality care.
• Partner with surgeons, anesthesia, physicians, and leadership to optimize operations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource utilization.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
• Drive patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Support staff development, succession planning, and retention.
