You will align infrastructure, platforms, operations, and business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale projects and engineering/tech functions.
• Experience overseeing capital projects and enterprise initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct PMO, Engineering, Architecture, Capital Projects, Information Technology, and AI modernization functions.
• Establish strategic priorities, annual objectives, and long-term roadmaps supporting growth and excellence.
• Lead cross-functional teams responsible for planning, design, implementation and delivery of enterprise initiatives.
• Oversee capital planning, technology modernization, and AI integration to improve efficiency and outcomes.
