Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, management, and/or compliance in Medicaid/Medicare or human services programs.
• At least 5 years of supervisory and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid, HIPAA, regulatory requirements, data analytics, and technology management.
• High emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO, Executive Team, and Board to shape and execute the organization’s vision and strategy.
• Lead the development and implementation of operational systems, technology, data analytics, and AI strategies that advance our mission and values.
• Directly supervise key directors in Technology, Incident Management & Quality, and Facilities, providing vision and support to high-performing teams across Compliance, Quality Assurance, IT, Facilities & Transportation.
• Oversee enterprise risk management, internal investigations, self-audits, training, and regulatory adherence; serve as Corporate Compliance Officer and HIPAA Privacy & Security Officer.
