AMN Healthcare, in partnership with UC San Diego Health, seeks a Division Chief of Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility to lead a premier academic REI program in San Diego. This physician-scientist role will drive clinical excellence, research innovation, and faculty development while shaping the future of reproductive medicine.

The successful candidate will guide patient care strategy, education, and translational science across IVF, fertility preservation, and related disciplines.

Qualifications

Accomplished physician-scientist to serve as Director of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility.
Experience leading an academic REI program.
Ability to guide clinical care, education, faculty development, and research.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership across patient care, education, faculty development, and scientific advancement.
Lead IVF, fertility preservation, reproductive surgery, and reproductive medicine services.
Mentor the next generation of academic leaders and foster innovation.
