Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent degree.
• Board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI).
• Current clinical practice across the full spectrum of REI care.
• At least five years of clinical experience in REI.
• Strong publication record (>=40 peer‑reviewed publications).
• Five years of leadership experience and five years in an academic medical center.
• California medical license or eligible per Medical Board of California.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the REI division and the department's tripartite mission.
• Maintain an active clinical practice while expanding clinical programs (IVF, fertility preservation, research).
• Mentor and develop faculty, fellows, residents, and medical students.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaborations across basic science, engineering, and population health.
• Lead research initiatives and attract extramural funding to advance the division.
