Job summary

HireNow Staffing is actively seeking a seasoned Clinical Rehabilitation Operations & Patient Experience Director to lead a rehabilitation-focused patient care center, overseeing clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational performance in Los Gatos, CA.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of healthcare leadership, strong staff development, and a proven track record of improving patient outcomes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Physical Therapy, Business Administration, or related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership or rehabilitation operations management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
• Current California professional licensure, where applicable.
• CAPTE certification or equivalent credential required if applicable to professional discipline.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire clinical and administrative staff to cultivate a culture centered on patient care excellence and accountability.
• Direct day-to-day clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and organizational healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and clinic performance.
• Partner with clinicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
• Develop employee training programs, leadership coaching, and ongoing professional development initiatives.
• Evaluate staffing needs, workforce productivity, and operational efficiency while maintaining superior patient care standards.
• Analyze operational reports and identify opportunities to improve financial performance, patient access, and workflow efficiency.
• Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture focused on engagement, accountability, and professional growth.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, organizational initiatives, and long-term clinic success.
