The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of a rehabilitation-focused patient care center, ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and outstanding patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire clinical and administrative staff to cultivate a culture centered on patient care excellence and accountability.
• Direct day-to-day clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and organizational healthcare regulations and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Physical Therapy, Business Administration, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership or rehabilitation operations management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
• Current California professional licensure, where applicable.
• CAPTE certification or equivalent credential required if applicable to professional discipline.
