NYS Office of General Services is seeking a Director for Real Property & Facilities Management (RP&FM) to lead a ~600‑person division responsible for OGS owned buildings, utilities, parking, safety, security and asset management. The role reports to the Associate Commissioner and guides coordination and operations of major programs across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven record of leading large organizations in real property transactions and facilities management.
• Ability to develop and implement policy and procedure across complex programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee utilities management and statewide coordination for RP&FM facilities.
• Manage asset planning, capital programs, and facility assessments with multi‑million dollar budgets.
• Lead parking, health, safety, security, and emergency management programs across NYS OGS facilities.
• Represent RP&FM with Governor’s Office, Legislature, and other agencies.
