Job summary

CHI Health Clinic is seeking a Senior Executive to serve as Vice President of Operations for the Physician Enterprise. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across a large, multi-specialty physician enterprise, translating strategy into consistent execution across ambulatory practices and clinical locations.

You will partner with physician and administrative leaders to strengthen clinic operations, improve performance, and advance integrated care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field.
• Significant progressive leadership experience within ambulatory or physician enterprise operations.
• Experience leading complex healthcare operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across a large, multi-location physician enterprise.
• Partner with physician and administrative leaders to strengthen clinic operations.
• Develop and execute multi-horizon operational strategies aligned with value-based care objectives.
• Lead efforts to integrate hospital- and clinic-based services and standardize practices.
• Develop and manage performance measures and scorecards to drive accountability.
• Oversee budgets and resource allocation to align with priorities.
• Coach and develop a geographically dispersed leadership team across in-person and virtual settings.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of staff and leaders.
