Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Fulfillment.
• Experience managing orders, procurement, inventory, supplier relationships, and fulfillment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Petro Logistics operational activities from planning to production coordination.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve service levels and working capital.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, shipping, and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Billing, and Engineering to meet commitments.
• Lead monthly service fee billing support.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement.
