Responsibilities

• Lead Petro Logistics operations including planning, procurement, fulfillment, inventory, shipping/receiving, and production coordination.
• Lead and develop a team for orders, procurement, inventory, shipping/receiving, and production support.
• Establish operational priorities that support customer requirements, revenue objectives, and business goals.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that improve customer service, efficiency, inventory, and working capital.
• Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Own Petro revenue forecasting based on shipments, open orders, and customer schedules.
• Maintain forecasting tools and reporting aligned with company expectations.
• Provide visibility and recommendations to support revenue attainment and commitments.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Support, and Leadership to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage inventory levels to meet demand while achieving working capital objectives.
• Lead replenishment planning and procurement to maintain continuity of supply.
• Approve purchase orders within authorization limits and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee physical counts, cycle counts, adjustments, and reconciliation.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships to meet quality, delivery, service, and cost goals.
• Drive inventory optimization to improve material availability and reduce excess stock.
• Direct execution of activities to meet shipment, fulfillment, and revenue targets.
• Coordinate shipping schedules based on customer needs and capacity.
• Oversee order processing, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and reverse logistics.
• Manage RMA processes and timely resolution of returns.
• Support field service and installation to meet commitments.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Sales, Billing, Product Management, and Engineering to ensure satisfaction.
• Support monthly service fee billing through analysis and reconciliation of devices.
• Provide operational files and system data for billing.
• Resolve billing reconciliation issues and maintain data accuracy.
• Partner with Finance and Billing to ensure recurring revenue is accurate.
• Support device warranty administration and related processes.
• Lead facility management including maintenance, repairs, utilities, cleaning, pest control, waste, and site operations.
• Serve as primary operational contact for facility-related issues.
• Manage Environmental Health & Safety programs and compliance.
• Maintain emergency preparedness and site inspections.
• Coordinate relationships with external service providers.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for shipments, revenue, inventory, working capital, fulfillment, supplier and customer service levels.
• Lead regular operations reviews focused on performance and improvement.
