Job summary

i3 Broadband is seeking a Senior Director of Network Engineering to lead the Network Engineering organization, defining the architecture, technology roadmap, and standards for broadband services. This executive role drives capacity planning, capital investments, and performance across the network, enabling growth and reliability.

The Senior Director will supervise strategy, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Product, and Operations to deliver large-scale infrastructure

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience and ability to drive organizational vision.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing network architecture roadmaps for broadband providers.
• Financial, business, and capital planning acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Network Engineering organization and establish governance and performance standards.
• Own the enterprise network architecture and long-term technology roadmap for broadband infrastructure.
• Direct network engineering activities including design, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.
• Lead capital planning, project delivery, vendor relationships, and technology investments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new services and improve customer experience.
