Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
Five+ years of senior leadership in land or natural resources preferred.
Experience with ANCSA, regulatory processes, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership for SNC’s land, natural resources, and development functions.
Oversee land conveyances, permits, access, and land use planning.
Advance ANCSA land entitlement priorities and regional partnerships.
Develop and monitor annual work plans, budgets, and performance metrics.
Represent SNC in negotiations, public meetings, and external forums.
