SNC seeks a visionary Vice President, Land and Natural Resources to lead land, natural resources, and development strategies across Alaska. This executive role advances ANCSA entitlement and land conveyance efforts, while coordinating with federal, state, tribal, and regional partners to align with corporate priorities, environmental stewardship, and long-term shareholder value.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressively responsible leadership experience in land management or natural resources.
• Strong strategic planning and budgeting abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of ANCSA and rural Alaska context.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for land, natural resources, and development functions.
• Oversee ANCSA land entitlement, land conveyances, permitting, and land use planning.
• Build regional partnerships and advance development projects with shareholder value in mind.
• Represent SNC in negotiations, public meetings, and industry forums.
• Monitor policies and legislation affecting land management.
