Qualifications

• Two years of professional counseling experience supervising adults or juveniles.
• Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or related field required; advanced degree may substitute.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 3 months; valid driver's license.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Juvenile Division and supervise staff.
• Lead implementation of evidence-based practices and public education efforts.
• Plan, organize, and monitor programs including field services and surveillance.
• Coordinate with court, district attorney, and partner agencies.
