Job summary

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid driver's license is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using computers.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check with no disqualifying criminal history.
Must pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

Supervise youth on Formal and Informal Probation.
Monitor youth and families for compliance with accountability agreements or court dispositions.
Prepare casework and case plans; report to the court.
Interview youth and families; present information to the court as needed.
Assist the court and agencies in case management and hearings.
