Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with state libraries or academic libraries preferred.
• Experience in a public/educational/library environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive leader of the Interlibrary Delivery Service of PA and oversee operations of the 501(c)3.
• Coordinate IDS Board of Directors activities, including agenda, meetings, minutes, and records.
• Lead vendor partnerships, contract negotiations, and service performance improvements.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain members; ensure high-quality customer service and data management.
• Oversee financial management including accounts receivable/payable and audits; present reports to the IDS Board.
• Oversee development of the website, member portal, and self-service tools.
• Develop and disseminate training materials on interlibrary loan and delivery services.
• Develop marketing strategies to expand membership and visibility; represent IDS externally.
