Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10 years of cumulative job-specific experience, 5 years in leadership/management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the senior management team to plan, direct and coordinate operations to achieve revenue and budget goals.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies and practices for optimal community service.
• Ensure services align with the organization's mission, vision, values and directives.
• Create a culture that attracts, develops and retain qualified associates and physicians.
• Provide leadership for performance improvement and quality initiatives to achieve high quality of care and patient safety.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with medical staff.
• Incorporate physician perspectives in strategic and operational decisions.
• Partner with leaders across units to optimize care delivery to patients and the community.
