Carriage Services seeks a Managing Partner to own and lead the Greenlawn Northeast Cemetery location, running a funeral home and cemetery as a business and shaping culture, strategy, and client service with full P&L responsibility.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in funeral home or cemetery management, holds a California Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer (or reciprocity), and demonstrates leadership, financial acumen, and growth mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of funeral home and/or cemetery management experience.
• Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer (or ability to reciprocate in California).
• Strong business acumen with P&L ownership experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of operations for a successful funeral home and cemetery—driving performance, developing people, and ensuring exceptional, ethical care for families.
• Own full P&L responsibility with focus on sustainable growth.
• Oversee facilities, grounds, and overall presentation to strengthen community presence.
