Job summary

The role directs Real Estate, Building Operations, Technical Services and Administration, develops plans, monitors KPIs, and drives cost savings and energy efficiency for municipal facilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of enterprise asset management and facility life-cycle management.
• Experience with capital improvement planning and project management.
• Ability to lead multiple divisions and align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Directs operations of EAM department including Real Estate, Building Operations, Technical Services and Administration.
• Manages staff, workloads, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Directs maintenance and improvement of facilities and cost-saving initiatives.
• Oversees capital projects, CIP program, and procurement processes.
• Prepares short- and long-range plans and budget proposals.
• Maintains internal controls and provides regular status reports.
