Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership in economic/workforce development or related fields.
• Experience partnering with business, industry, government, and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for economic development and workforce innovation.
• Lead external partnerships with industry, government, and community stakeholders.
• Represent the College in regional, statewide, and national economic development activities.
• Develop and oversee programs addressing current and emerging workforce needs.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for workforce initiatives.
• Guide corporate training, industry partnerships, and affordable pathway programs.
