Qualifications

• MD/DO/MBBS or equivalent medical degree; or terminal degree for advanced practice.
• Active or eligible North Carolina licensure for physicians; AP licensure eligible.
• Experience leading clinician experience initiatives in a large academic health system.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the clinician experience strategy across DHIP, CDHIP, and Duke Primary Care.
• Identify and remove barriers to care delivery, including workflow and documentation burden.
• Chair the Clinician Experience Committee and build the Clinician Experience Champion network.
• Review engagement, burnout and workforce data; translate clinician feedback into actions.
• Advise on technology decisions affecting clinician experience, including AI and ambient documentation.
