Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or healthcare related field.
• Master's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or healthcare related field preferred.
• 10 years of experience managing complex healthcare and patient care delivery systems.
• LEAN process improvement and physician management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates strategic operations across ambulatory, outpatient, inpatient and post-acute settings.
• Directs strategy, growth initiatives, quality performance and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees referral performance, financial reviews and outreach clinics across locations.
• Develops long-term strategic plans and drives program growth and profitability.
• Oversees infrastructure and organizational structures, programs and processes.
• Maintains compliance with applicable laws, standards and the Compliance & Privacy Program.
• Performs other duties as required.
