Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years in leadership experience.
• Acute Inpatient Behavioral Health experience required.
• Masters Degree preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Mansioni

• Develop short and long range management plans.
• Oversee behavioral health services within hospital operations.
• Maintain accreditation and regulatory compliance.
• Lead recruitment, staff development and personnel policies for the service line.
• Collaborate with medical staff and advisory boards.
• Prepare and present operational and financial reports.
