Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial construction, architectural systems, or related industries.
Strong understanding of architectural detailing, building envelope systems, constructability, forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

Responsibilities

Provide executive oversight for complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Lead project forecasting, scheduling oversight, manpower planning, budgeting, and execution strategy.
Ensure projects align with financial targets, quality standards, and client expectations.
Mentor and develop project managers, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Represent the company in executive-level discussions with clients and industry partners.
