Job summary

Schwickert’s Tecta America is seeking an Architectural Sheet Metal Project Manager to drive marketing, sales, and end-to-end project management for architectural sheet metal and wall cladding projects. You will coordinate with CAD for shop drawings, manage budgets, and ensure profitable project execution across multiple teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in architectural sheet metal or cladding environments, with strong communication and payroll

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management or related field.
• 3+ years in architectural sheet metal or wall cladding sales/PM preferred.
• Experience in commercial glazing/curtainwall and building envelopes is also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and tracks sales leads and promotes department services.
• Estimates job costs and presents proposals for review.
• Manages projects to meet schedules and costs; ensures rapid close-out and turnover.
• Oversees shop drawing/submittal process with CAD to produce detailed shop drawings.
• Oversees field production and quality control of installed products.
• Assists in developing long-term growth plans for the department.
