SentinelOne is seeking an Executive Product Leader to own Platform and User Experience, unifying technical architecture and design strategy across a major product area. You will lead a small senior team, collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security Research, and GTM leaders, and shape the future of our AI-native platform.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, architecture and design strategy, with visibility at the executive level and responsibility for high-stakes product

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in platform engineering or UX leadership.
• Direct experience in cybersecurity or security-critical domains.
• Proven track record leading managers and directors.
• Experience setting and executing strategy for platform and UX.
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional influence.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for the core platform, including multi-tenant and API surfaces.
• Lead UX Design transformation toward AI-driven delivery with strategic thinking.
• Lead UX Research across the portfolio with customer feedback validation.
• Guide investment decisions balancing speed, scalability, and cost.
• Evolve shared platform services powering detection, response, and analytics.
• Set design standards to move security practitioners from signal to action.
• Drive a consistent design system and research practice across products.
• Develop a team of 1 Senior Director and 3 Directors and grow leaders.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Security Research, and GTM to align decisions.
